The warranty covers the original purchaser, with a dated receipt, from any defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Any improper use of your digging tools will void your warranty. Please contact your Modern Metal Detectors or check here: https://www.motleydiggingtools.com/warranty-information/
Also, please be aware that Motley Digging Tools are colored by a cosmetic powder coating process and will scratch and color fade with normal use. Therefore, this sort of wear is not covered by the warranty.
Cautions
Please be aware these tools are made of conductive and piercing metal and you must cautiously be aware of the possibility of electrical cables as well as gas lines in your retrieval areas.
